Is anyone home?
For as little as $22 per visit, we will check the perimeter of your home looking for damage, unusual conditions, or breach of home security. We will gather any mail, deliveries or papers and place them inside your home. While inside, we will check that your A/C is working, and your electricity is on. We will turn on the water and flush/clean all drains and toilets. Upon departure, we will turn off the water and secure your home. We're done and you have the peace of mind knowing your home is taken care of while you're away.
Palmer Ranch Homewatchers is focused on catering to snowbirds and long- term absences. We no longer service short-time absentees and no longer offer once a month visits to homes. Experience has shown us that a once-a- month visit is not adequate to maintain your home.

House checks include:
- Exterior check (if home, villa, townhome)
- Mail, papers, deliveries put inside
- Turn water on/off, flush toilets, sinks, traps and drains
- Check electric and A/C
- Visual inspection for mold, mildew and bugs
- Maintain garage-stored autos
- Contact person for alarm
- Secure home upon exit
